Adidas City Cup Shoes

This scarlet edition of the Adidas City Cup Shoes have durable mesh lined suede uppers, perforated detailing and crisp white accents upon a brown gum outsole. Taking inspiration from skateboardings roots, this style is designed to be extra-durable with a low silhouette and crafted detailing that offers a flexible and secure fit. A curved and padded tongue moulds around the top of the foot whilst perforated holes on top increase breathability and continue around the base. In addition to this, flat colour matched cotton laces offer a secure, customisable fit. The shoe is lined with mesh whilst a double cupsole provides stability and support.

The vulcanised brown gum outsole pours across the back of the uppers, with a textural panel that curves around the back of the heel with debossed Adidas text and a trefoil logo. Underneath this, a herringbone pattern continues below the foot through a directional tread pattern that delivers reliable grip over a variety of terrains.

First introduced in 2018, the Adidas City Cup has had many reiterations since its inception, throughout time it has managed to retain a combination of classic ‘90s styling with modern technological detailing. With double cup enforcement within the midsole, a distinguishing feature remains the stylised midsole which not only supplies the shoes signature aesthetic, it also supports its reputation as being one of the most favoured heavy-duty skate shoes within the brands extensive selection.
