These 1.8m (6ft) tall spring-loaded agility poles are an excellent training tool to improve speed, agility, and balance for a range of sports. Sold separately, each standing at a height of 1.8m (6ft) and manufactured from 34mm (1.5 inch) thick shatterproof plastic in a fluorescent yellow color, ensuring maximum visibility and safety on the training field.

The innovative spring-loaded design of these agility poles allows them to bend in any direction when struck, making them safe to use in training sessions. Each pole comes with stainless steel ground spikes to deeply root them in position and prevent the need for constant replanting.

While these agility poles are primarily designed for grass surfaces, they can also be used on hard surfaces such as AstroTurf when combined with the FC Agility Pole Rubber Base [2.3kg], which is sold separately. These heavy-duty bases provide stability and do not hinder the safety benefits of the agility poles, while also protecting hard surfaces such as sports hall floors during winter training sessions.
